Yuksak salohiyatli  avlodni tarbiyalash eng muqqadas hisoblanadi. Shu boisdan mamlakatimizda sog‘lom va barkamol avlodni tarbiyalash, yoshlarning o‘z ijodiy intelektual salohiyatini ro’yobga chiqarish, mamlakatimiz yigit-qizlarini  XXI asr talablariga to‘liq javob beradigan  har  tomonlama yetuk shaxslar voyaga yetkazish uchun zarur shart- sharoitlar va imkoniyatlarni yaratish bo‘yicha keng ko‘lamli  chora-tadbirlar amalga oshirilmoqda
